This volume of CardioPractice focuses on Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM), featuring an article by Assoc. Prof. Alex Horby Christensen, together with Drs H.L. Gudmundsdottir and A.A. Raja, on emerging pharmacological agents that specifically target the underlying molecular pathology of HCM. Prof. Christensen discusses the shift from symptomatic management towards a more mechanism-based therapy for HCM.
In addition, there is a special video and podcast with renowned HCM specialist Prof. William John McKenna (London, UK), exploring how the diagnosis of HCM should be implemented in 2026.
