Arrhythmias have a high prevalence in the population and while many are harmless, the more severe can be life threatening. While E-Journal readers will know this topic well, this special E-Journal series will explore the latest literature and clinical experience concerning challenging arrythmias. Beginning with the management of atrial fibrillation in very old patients, the series will continue with articles focussing on arrythmias in specific cases such as post-heart transplantation, pregnancy and in athletes.
