ESC Registries assess cardiovascular disease epidemiology, diagnostic/therapeutic processes, and adherence to ESC Clinical Practice Guidelines. ESC Registries aim to collect data from the ESC network of National Cardiac Societies and ESC Affiliated Cardiac Societies.

The ESC Registries programme includes the EURObservational Research Programme and the Global Registries And Surveys Programme.
