Childcare Service
To ensure equal access to education opportunities, we are pleased to offer a limited childcare service onsite staffed by approved childcare providers.
From Friday 25 to Monday 28 August (08:00 – 18:00).
To take advantage of this services, please register in advance via this page.
The Childcare is located near to the Entrance F, on the ground floor of the Lecture room Luxembourg. Access from street level.
Cloakroom
Left luggage and cloakroom facilities are located in both congress entrances (Entrance K and C).
Price for a jacket is €2,00 per day, bags/suitcases are €4,00 per item, per day.

Congress Bags & Pre-paid Transport Tickets
Please pick up your congress bags and pre-paid transport tickets after the badge check, in between the Exhibition and The Hub (while stocks last).

ESC Shop
Located within the Lounge & Exchange Area, the ESC Shop proposes educational and scientific products, quality ESC Active sportswear and accessories, as well as other ESC souvenirs for sale. 25% off on ESC apparel and souvenirs for ESC Professional Members and FESC.
Information Points
There are 3 Information Points in the Congress centre.
One is located in the Main Entrance, the second one near the Main Auditorium and the last one in between the Exhibition Area and The Hub.
If you want information about the city of Amsterdam please go to the one located in the Main Entrance.
Lost & Found
Lost and found items can be left or recovered at the Information Point located in the Main Entrance (Entrance K).
Kindly note that all lost and found items at the RAI will be published via this portal.
Lounges
The ESC Professional Members and FESC Lounges are located in the Lounge & Exchange Area.
If you are not yet an ESC Professional Member, please visit the dedicated webpage.
Medical Care / First Aid
Participants in need of medical attention should go to the First Aid Station located on the ground floor next to Lecture room Bucharest.

Public Transport Tickets
If you have purchased in advance public transport tickets, please go to the Congress Bags Desk located after the badge check, in between the Exhibition and The Hub. If you would like to purchase them, you can do it onsite in the Welcome Area.
