Childcare Service

To ensure equal access to education opportunities, we are pleased to offer a limited childcare service onsite staffed by approved childcare providers.

From Friday, 29 August to Monday, 2 September (08:00 – 18:00). Located in the registration area.

Cloakroom

Left luggage and cloakroom facilities are located at west and east entrances and free of charge.

ESC Shop

Located within the Lounge & Exchange Area, the ESC Shop proposes educational and scientific products, quality ESC Active sportswear and accessories, as well as other ESC souvenirs for sale.

Information Points

There are 2 Information Points in the Congress centre.

One is located in the west  Entrance, the second one in between exhibition north & south.

If you want information about the city of  London please go to the one located between exhibition north & South.

Lost & Found

Lost and found items can be left or recovered at the Information Point located between exhibition North & South.

Kindly note that all lost and found items at ExCeL will be kept at the info point until the end of the congress and then published on a dedicated page.

Lounges

The ESC Professional Members Lounge and FESC Lounge are located in the ESC Exchange Area.

Participants in need of medical attention should go to the First Aid Station located dowstairs in the middle of the boulevard.

Transport Tickets: Pre-paid and sales

You can pick-up your pre-paid transport tickets or buy them directly in the registration area.
