Available in the ESC Lounges & ESC Exchange Area, seating areas and boulevard.

Childcare Service

To ensure equal access to education opportunities, we are pleased to offer a limited childcare service onsite staffed by approved childcare providers.

From Friday, 29 to Sunday, 31 August (08:00–18:00) and Monday 1st September (08:00–16:30). Located at level -1 of the South Convention Centre (Congress main entrance).

Cloakroom

Main luggage and cloakroom facilities are located in the Registration Area and free of charge. A secondary cloakroom is available at the North entrance.

From Friday, 29 to Sunday, 31  August from 07:00 to 20:15
Monday, 1 September from 07:00 to 17:00

ESC Shop

Located within the Lounge & Exchange Area, the ESC Shop proposes educational and scientific products, quality ESC sportswear and accessories, as well as other ESC souvenirs for sale.

ESC Professional Members and FESC benefit from 25% off ESC apparel and souvenirs.

Information Points

The main info point is located in the middle of the congress: Hall 6 (near the ESC TV Stage)

Lost & Found

Lost and found items can be left or recovered at the main Information Point located in Hall 6.

Lounges

Close to the ESC Exchange Area, your ESC Membership Team will be delighted to welcome you from Friday, 28 August to Sunday, 31 September: 08:00–18:00 and on Monday, 1 September: 08:00–17:00 

ESC Professional Members and Fellow of the ESC get free access to the ESC Professional Members Lounge.

If you are a Fellow of the ESC, you get also an exclusive access to your dedicated FESC Lounge. 

The ESC Professional Members Lounge is accessible only to ESC Professional Members, Fellows of the ESC and those who have a combined ESC Professional and subspecialty Association Silver Membership.

Medical Care / First Aid

Participants in need of medical attention should go to the First Aid Station located upstairs near the Mezzanine meeting rooms West.

Transport Tickets: Pre-paid and sales

As part of its sustainability commitment, the ESC will provide a four-day Madrid metro pass to all healthcare professional delegates – available at the Registration Area (Hall 3). It is also possible to buy additional transport tickets at this desk.
