Beware of unauthorised agencies/housing providers
Interplan is the only official housing agency for ESC Congress 2026 in Munich. If you are contacted by any other company or agency offering housing for ESC Congress in Munich, please note that these companies are not authorized to represent the ESC in any way, nor do they have access to the officially contracted room blocks or rates. Please be aware that these unauthorized companies might not deliver what they promise in terms of quality and location. Rates and extra charges can be inflated or hefty fees placed on credit cards. The ESC and Interplan, the official housing agency for individual hotel reservations, have selected a number of hotels with negotiated rates and easy access to the congress centre.
Payment: Full payment by credit card is required at the time of booking. Refunds may be granted depending on the cancellation date, according to the conditions outlined below.
Account: To complete your booking with Interplan, you will need to create an account and log in. Please note that this account is not connected to your ESC account.
Cancellations & Changes: Any changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing to Interplan at: hotels.esc@interplan.de.
Cancellation Fees: The applicable cancellation fees vary depending on the hotel and are displayed directly on the online booking platform.
We advise you to make your reservation early in order to have the best choice of hotels.
Travel Agents or third-party providers working on behalf of companies must submit a 'Letter of Appointment’ stating that the agent has been officially appointed for ESC Congress 2026. This letter should be written in English by the sponsoring company or organization on a company letterhead and signed by the company's official representative(s). A request will only be considered upon receipt of this official letter. If a request results in a confirmed reservation and subsequent contract, the rooms can only be used for the needs of the company and cannot be passed on to any other company or client. Please be aware that registration is handled by the ESC Registration Team only. The ESC does not accept any responsibility for bookings made via unofficial websites/agencies or any monies lost as a result. This website is the official and only congress website.
