Hotel reservations through the only official housing agency for ESC Congress 2024 in London
Congrex Switzerland is the only official housing agency for ESC Congress 2024 in London. If you are contacted by any other company or agency offering housing for the congress in London, please note that these companies are not authorised to represent the ESC in any way, nor do they have access to the officially contracted room blocks or rates. Please be aware that these unauthorised companies might not deliver what they promise in terms of quality and location. Rates and extra charges can be inflated, or hefty fees placed on credit cards. Telephone requests cannot be accepted. Rooms can only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment. Confirmation vouchers are sent by email.
Take advantage of booking online with our official housing agency
The ESC and Congrex Switzerland have selected hotels at negotiated rates within different categories in various locations in London.
Rooms are available from 30 August to 2 September 2024. All other dates are upon request and subject to room availability. All further details can be found on the booking platform.
Confirmations will be sent by email. If you do not receive the confirmation within an hour of booking, please send an email to hotel.esc@congrex.com
Individual bookings: terms and conditions
Terms and Conditions for individual bookings:
*Full payment by credit card is mandatory at the time of booking. You may be refunded depending on the time of cancellation according to the terms and conditions listed below.
You will be required to create an account and log in to book your room with Congrex Switzerland. Please do not confuse this with your My ESC account. They are in no way connected.
Any change or cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex Switzerland at: hotel.esc@congrex.com
The following cancellation fees will be applied:
Cancellations of individual bookings can be made directly online until 8 weeks before the congress free of charge, less a handling fee of GBP 60.00. For cancellations after this date, a refund may be possible after the congress, if the room is resold by Congrex Switzerland or the hotel.

Travel Agents or third-party providers working on behalf of companies must submit a 'Letter of Appointment’ stating that the agent has been officially appointed for ESC Congress 2024. This letter should be written in English by the sponsoring company or organisation on a company letterhead and signed by the company's official representative(s). A request will only be considered upon receipt of this official letter. If a request results in a confirmed reservation and subsequent contract, the rooms can only be used for the needs of the company and cannot be passed on to any other company or client.
