Where to find the ESC Professional Members Lounge

Enter the ExCel venue through the main entrance. The first open door on the right of the main boulevard will lead you to the Registration Desk. The second open door on the right will bring you to the ESC Professional Members Lounge.

Your ESC Membership Team will be delighted to welcome you at the following times:

Friday, 30 August – Sunday, 1 September: 08:00–18:00
Monday, 2 September: 08:00–17:00

The ESC Professional Members Lounge is accessible only to ESC Professional Members, Fellows of the ESC and those who have a combined ESC Professional and subspecialty Association Silver Membership.

Not yet a member? Joining is quick and easy. The ESC Membership Team will be on hand to help, so you can access the lounge as soon as possible and can enjoy it throughout the congress.

ESC journal flyers with free copies to take home
Selected articles from ESC journals via QR codes

Networking areas

Enjoy beverages in the refreshment area, where you can exchange and chat with your colleagues – tea, coffee and water will be served throughout the congress.
Book your personal meeting space in the lounge.
Buy food and beverages so you can enjoy your lunch or snack and recharge inside the lounge.

Work space

Catch up on your emails or print documents in the working space, where there’s free access to computers, printers and charging stations for your laptop and mobile devices.

Well-being area

Looking for a few moments to yourself? Visit the well-being area and take time to relax on the automatic massage chairs with open access to podcasts, meditations and soothing music.

Create memories

Snap a photo at the ESC Photobooth and take it home as a memento of your time in London!
Create fun memories with the camera booth, offering a 360-degree angle for pictures and videos that you can share with your friends.
Create your own personalised artwork on a digital graffiti wall and print it onto a souvenir item of your choice. A professional graffiti artist will be available to guide you.
Show us what you've created! Share with the community on social media using #ESCMembersTogether.

1. Print your badge before you leave home

To ensure you can access the ESC Congress venue as quickly and easily as possible, your badge must be printed (preferably in colour) in advance and presented at the congress entrance. Please note: digital versions of the badge on mobile phones, tablets and other devices will NOT be accepted.

Your badge will be available two weeks before the congress start date in your My ESC account. Just log in, go to Congresses > My congress activity to come > Manage.

2. Get 25% off at the ESC Shop

Visit the ESC Shop to buy souvenirs, sportswear and more. As an ESC Professional Member, you get 25% off at the ESC Shop and access to limited-edition items to take home.

3. Collect your exclusive bag (reserved for ESC Professional Members)

In the lounge, you can collect your ESC Members bag (limited edition – first come, first served). New members who join during the congress at the Membership Stand will also receive one.

We would love to see your photos of you sporting your bag using #ESCMembersTogether on social media.

4. Collect your lanyard

You can collect your ESC Professional Member lanyard from the Members Lounge welcome desks anytime.

5. Exclusive Members’ Event before the congress opening

We’re organising a special event to give you the chance to meet up with old friends and make new ones, just before this year’s congress starts.

ESC Professional Members and Fellows of the ESC are invited to Meet & Connect over drinks and canapés, plus find out about the great new ESC Mentoring Programme. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited.

7. Go green: bring your reusable water bottle

With plenty of sessions and networking, it's easy to forget to stay hydrated during the congress. You'll find water fountains throughout the congress centre to refill your bottle.
