The European Heart Journal – Acute Cardiovascular Care (EHJ-ACVC) is an official, international, peer-reviewed journal of the Association for Acute CardioVascular Care (ACVC), an association of the ESC.
Aim and scope
The journal publishes high-quality material, both clinical and scientific, on all aspects of acute cardiac care such as acute coronary syndromes, cardiogenic shock, cardiac arrest, cardiac arrhythmias, and acute heart failure.
EHJ – Acute Cardiovascular Care provides fast and rigorous single-anonymised peer review through an international network of expert reviewers from more than 30 countries. The journal offers a simple submission process, rapid editorial decisions, and open-access publishing opportunities. As part of the ESC journal family and published by Oxford University Press, EHJ-ACVC benefits from the reputation, global reach, and publishing excellence of both organisations.
