Essentials to bring

Print your badge

To ensure congress access with no delay, congress attendees must print their badge in colour before the congress and present it at the entrance.

Please note:

  • Digital versions on mobile phones, tablet and other devices will not be accepted.
  • Badges are personal, individual, and non-transferable. If printed in duplicate and shared or used in breach of any of these rules, the badge will be deemed not valid and entrance to the congress denied. Entry may be refused without a valid Photo ID (Passport / ID Card/ Driving Licence).

If you are registered, you find your badge in your My ESC account. Badge holders and lanyards can be collected at the Registration Desk near the entrance to the congress.

Make your congress more sustainable

We are committed to reducing the environmental impact of ESC Preventive Cardiology 2026. We are taking steps again to minimise waste – including significantly limiting the use of carpet throughout the venue. The venue operates its own sustainability programme, including the use of energy‑efficient LED lighting. You can contribute by:

  • bringing your reusable water bottle and using the water‑refill stations located throughout the congress centre,
  • choosing public transport whenever possible,
  • making use of the waste‑sorting bins available on site.

Thank you for joining us in reducing our collective impact with these simple sustainability tips.

Bring your earphones

Some of the congress areas will be equipped with optimised listening systems for a better congress experience. Look for the posted QR codes in the Moderated ePoster Stations, Clinical Case Corner and the Open Stage and scan the QR code with your phone. You'll be connected to the audio system so you can hear the speaker loud and clear.
