Dear ESC Congress parents, 

ESC Congress is delighted to offer all parents a professional childcare service for the duration of the event, enabling you to make the most of your attendance knowing your child(ren) is well cared for and entertained at the Congress venue. 

Double Daycare has been appointed to deliver Childcare services. Double Daycare is in its eighth year of providing high-quality childcare services to conventions, trade shows, and special events. They are taking care of your children very seriously.  

Activities

Activities include exciting themes, arts & crafts, group games, music & movement, board games, story time, dramatic play, etc. They provide activities appropriate for each age group, using safe and sturdy equipment. Children can make their own choices within the proposed program. 

Commitment

Their goal is to provide your children with a comfortable, safe, and happy experience. Their staff-to-child ratios are high (1 staff for 5 children) to ensure that every child feels special and gets the attention they need and deserve. Double Daycare team members are selected according to their integrity, experience, education, and enthusiasm. They are wonderful with kids!

Opening Hours

Double Daycare will offer childcare services from 

August 28-30: 08:00-18:00 

August 31: 08:00-16:30  

The program is for children aged from 4 weeks to 14 years old. 

Baby's and Toddlers

The childcare program is also open for the youngest children (as of 4 weeks old). Double Daycare brings a floor box, which is a separate space, safe for the smallest ones. Besides this, there’s a crawling obstacle course where the little ones can crawl on/over, special child seats and sleeping beds – for the little ones who need to take a nap during childcare. 

Registration Terms & Conditions

  • Water will be provided but snacks must be provided by parents.  
  • Parent(s) must take their children out for lunch.  
  • All children’s belongings must be labeled. A lost and found will be maintained, however; Double Daycare does not accept responsibility for the loss or theft of any toy, book, or other personal items.  
  • Please make sure to bring a photo ID with you. A photo ID will be required for check-in and check-out of children. 
  • For babies: 
  • diaper changing supplies (including wipes), formula/baby food, bottles (we have a bottle heater), and a change of clothes must be provided. 
  • For those who need a nap during daycare time, please bring everything they need for their naptime (pacifier, stuffed animal). There will be a sleeping room and Double Daycare has beds, sheets and sleeping bags with them where the kids can take naps.  
  • Medication will NOT be administered by Double Daycare management or staff. 
  • Any child who is ill will not be admitted to the Childcare service.  
  • Common surfaces, toys, and equipment will be disinfected frequently throughout the program. 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made to Double Daycare before 21 August for a full refund. Cancellations made after that date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. From 25 August, no refunds will be issued. 

Payment & Registrations

Payment in full is required to confirm your reservation. Although every effort will be made to accommodate late or on-site registrants, there is no guarantee that Double Daycare can accept children unless they are pre-registered. Payment by credit card is possible onsite. 

The fee is €30 per half day (08:00-13:00 / 13:00 – 18:00), per child.
