EAPCI Rules of Governance: eligibility criteria
EAPCI Rules of Governance have now replaced the EAPCI Constitution (validated by the ESC Board on 25 August 2023). ESC Associations rules of governance are included in Annex V of the ESC Bylaws, approved by the ESC Board in December 2024. As a result of a two-year review, as approved by the 2022-2024 ESC Board, they were revised and approved by the ESC Board on 28 August 2025.
The EAPCI election application process and voting will be carried out in accordance with the ESC bylaws.
EAPCI institutional continuity has been supported by ESC Governance as per Art. 9.2 of the ESC Statutes, authorising the ESC President and/or Secretary/Treasurer to take action under the ESC Management Group control. Consequently, exceptional measures are being put in place for the 2026–2028 EAPCI elections.
Voting Rights
The minimum seniority for EAPCI Members to obtain voting rights for the elections 2026–2028 is exceptionally two months before the opening of the call for applications. Only EAPCI Members having settled their dues two months ahead of the election (i.e. when the call for applications opens) and who are still a member when the voting platform opens (on 16 of July 2026), have voting rights. The same exceptional rule applies to eligibility for elected Board positions in these elections.
Application Process
Applications are open from Wednesday, 29 April 2026 and candidacies must be submitted by Friday, 29 May 2026 at 12:00PM CEST.
The list of candidates will be published on Thursday, 16 July 2026.
The voting platform will open on Thursday, 16 July 2026.
