Terms and conditions for registration

The following cancellation and refund policy will apply:

  • Up to six weeks before the date of the event: 100% refund.
  • From six to four weeks before the date of the event: 50% refund.
  • Within four weeks before the date of the event: No refund.
  • No show: No refund.
