Purpose of the Committee

The Membership Committee provides strategic guidance and oversight to strengthen the ESC membership portfolio value proposition, member experience, and member impact. Using data, analysis, and proposals from the ESC Membership Team staff, it advises the ESC Board on member value proposition, recruitment and retention to drive sustainable growth, ensuring alignment with the ESC Strategic Plan and annual organisational objectives.
