ESC Gender Policy

The ESC Gender Policy was created with a view to correcting the imbalance between the representation of women and men within the ESC and its constituent bodies. The ESC is committed to removing any barriers that inhibit female cardiologists from participating in our activities and has issued new policy proposals to promote female participation and leadership roles in all fields of cardiology.
