Cash dispensers are available in the outside area along Hall 3, and at the Relay shop located close to Porte A. The official currency in France is the Euro (€). Payment in other currencies will not be accepted.

To ensure equal access to education opportunities, we are pleased to offer, via our venue partner, a limited childcare service onsite staffed by approved childcare providers. To take advantage of this service, please go to Registration Area on arrival at the congress venue.
From Saturday 31 August to Tuesday 3 September (08:00 to 18:00 and on Wednesday 4 September (08:00 to 13:00).
This service is free of charge.
Children can be left for a maximum of 4 hours at a time.

The ESC Board, Leadership, and Management offices are located in Hall 7 - Level 3.
Located throughout the venue, ESC staff is there to help you (easily recognisable with their branded grey lanyard), so do not hesitate to ask for assistance.
The FESC Lounge is located in Hall 7 - Level 4. The ESC Professional Members Lounge is in the ESC Plaza. Exclusive activities dedicated to ESC Professional Members and FESC.
Whether looking for a convenient seating area to eat or meet with peers, or just wanting a fast option on-the-go, catering areas are located throughout the congress centre.
Restaurant recommendations are available at the city desk on the information point located in the Registration Area

Friday 30 August from 08:00 to 19:00. Saturday 31 August to Tuesday 3 September from 07:00 to 20:00 and Wednesday 4 September from 07:00 to 13:30.

Participants in need of medical attention should go to the First Aid Station which is located Hall 7 - Level 1. Phone +00 33 1 57 25 20 01.
The congress is a non-smoking event. For the comfort and health of all participants, smoking is strictly prohibited in the building and its close vicinity.
All security guards are in contact with Traffic & Security which have the direct contact to the police. Please do not hesitate to ask a security guard or ESC staff member should you require police assistance. All bags are subject to inspection. Security guards are present for your safety. Please take all personal effects with you upon leaving lecture rooms.
