Go green: Bring your reusable water bottle

With plenty of sessions and networking, ensure you stay hydrated during the congress. There are water fountains throughout the congress centre for refilling your bottle.

Print your FESC gold badge before you leave home

To ensure you can access the ESC Congress venue as quickly and easily as possible, your congress badge must be printed (preferably in colour) in advance and presented at the congress entrance.

Please note: digital versions of the badge on mobile phones, tablets and other devices will NOT be accepted.

Your badge will be available from 10 August in your My ESC account. Just log in, go to Congresses > My congress activity to come > Manage. 

Collect your gold FESC lanyard 

On entering the congress centre you can collect your FESC lanyard at the FESC Lounge. 

Where to find the FESC Lounge

The FESC Lounge is located in the Lounge and Exchange Area just in front of the Main Auditorium. 

Your dedicated FESC Team will be delighted to welcome you at the following times:

FESC Lounge opening hours

• Friday, 29 August: 08:00–18:00
• Saturday, 30 August: 08:00–18:00
• Sunday, 31 September: 08:00–18:00
• Monday, 1 September: 08:00–17:00

As a FESC you may also freely use the ESC Professional Members Lounge. This may be convenient if you need to meet with an ESC Professional Member who is not a FESC yet.

The ESC Professional Members Lounge is located in the Lounge and Exchange Area, next to the FESC Lounge. Please show your FESC badge to enter.

We’re organising a special event to give you the chance to meet up with old friends and make new ones, in the ESC Professional Members Lounge.

Reserved for ESC Professional Members and Fellows of the ESC, this relaxed event is a chance to make lifelong connections and meet some of the big names in cardiology.
