The optimal management and personalisation of DAPT in patients presenting with both Acute Coronary Syndromes (ACS) and Chronic Coronary Syndromes (CCS) is a common clinical conundrum.
Current ESC Guidelines recommend between one and twelve months of DAPT dependant on the clinical presentation and bleeding risk of the patient. This review summarises the evidence supporting these recommendations focusing in particular on the evolution of the DAPT strategy and patients undergoing PCI.
