The deadline to benefit from the early registration fee is 9 March. The late registration fee applies from 10 Marchto 9 April. HFA Members save even more! See more on the registration

Visa requirements and invitation letter: If you require a visa, apply early, as biometric appointments can take some times. A customised invitation letter for visa purposes is available for delegates with a confirmation that registration has been paid in full.

Clinical Case submission: 21 October 2025 - 20 January 2026, 12:00 (noon) CET

Late-Breaking Science submission: 15 December 2025 - 24 February 2026, 12:00 (noon) CEST

Create your programme

The Congress Programme Committee is working hard putting together a programme with the latest science and practical tracks presented by international leading experts.

Browse the programme

It will be regularly updated.

  • Get a general overview of all sessions taking place during the congress
  • Sign in (via the top right corner of the screen) with your My ESC login and password, to personalise your programme
  • Add sessions you don’t want to miss in your programme: click on the bookmark icon. The session will be saved in “My Programme”
  • Important: The programme times are displayed on local times in Belgrade, Serbia.

Please note when you register for Heart Failure 2026 in Barcelona you also get access to key sessions live online and to the full programme on-demand until 26 May.

More than just science at Heart Failure 2026

With this much exciting science to take in, you might need a few minutes to recharge! HFA Members can stop at the Members Lounge and a dedicated Fellows Room will be available for the Fellows of the HFA. A quiet, connected space to relax or work in. Sit down, have a coffee and chat with old and new friends.

You never know who you’ll see there; get ready to make new connections and benefit from the provided services and setting (catering area, internet corner with printer, self-charging station and HFA journal distribution).

Scientific resources

Presentations on-demand, to watch again or view the ones you have missed, will be accessible on the congress platform to all registered delegates until 26 May. 

HFA Members and Fellows of the HFA can access these resources on ESC 365, the cardiology knowledge hub, from  27 May and all year long.

Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credit and Certificate of Attendance

An application will be submitted to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®). The EACCME® is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS). As a reference, Heart Failure 2025 received a maximum of 22.5 European CME Credits (ECMEC®s).

Your CME Certificate will be available after congress in your My ESC account. More coming soon.
