Enjoy a full programme of Masterclass sessions, collect your 2026 ESC Pocket Guidelines, limited edition member bag, and get a souvenir in the photobooth. You'll also be able to make the most of the amenities such as private working hubs, charging stations, and complimentary coffee and tea.

The Masterclass series is designed to help you become a top presenter and communicator in cardiovascular science. Gain practical skills, learn from leading experts, and enhance your ability to share your science with impact.

These high-level sessions will be led by Prof. Simon Hall (University of Cambridge), FESC Task Force members, and the Young Committee. Topics include public speaking, scientific storytelling, and effective communication. The full schedule will be available in the lounge and via QR code.

This year, we introduce the new ESC Professional Members Garden, an outdoor networking area designed for relaxation, wellbeing, and informal connections. 

Enjoy sunbeds, table tennis, individual massage corners, morning and evening well-being classes, a photobooth, and a selection of Bavarian food and drinks (on purchase). Complimentary barista refreshments are available for members.Enjoy the last moments of summer with peers and colleagues from across the world.

Enhance your wellbeing during the congress with massages and guided wellbeing sessions designed to help you recharge in the ESC Professional Members Garden. These services are available by reservation and are designed to help you wake up gently or unwind after a busy day.

Enjoy a little friendly competition and wellbeing during the congress. The Cardio Smash Cup is a new way to connect with colleagues, have fun and make the most of your ESC experience.

The tournament takes place on Saturday from 16:00 to 18:00 in the ESC Professional Members Garden. Form a team, register at the Welcome Desk and compete for prizes. The tables will also be available throughout the congress for casual play and practice.
