ESC data science activities take place throughout the year, thanks to the invaluable contributions of volunteers and National Cardiac Societies bringing together clinicians, researchers and technology experts to advance cardiovascular care. At ESC Congress, dedicated sessions cover the latest innovations, initiatives and real-world applications of data science, and explore how these developments are shaping the future of cardiology.

EuroHeart
EuroHeart brings together the ESC, National Cardiac Societies and national cardiovascular registries to harmonise data standards and quality indicators across Europe. By enabling consistent measurement and international benchmarking, the programme helps assess the implementation of ESC Clinical Practice Guidelines, identify variations in care, and support quality improvement and research.
At ESC Congress 2026, EuroHeart will showcase new insights from the 2026 ACS‑PCI analysis involving 15 countries and the first TAVI annual reporting cycle involving nine countries, alongside progress in the Heart Failure domain.
