Submitting a clinical case to EAPCI 2027 is an opportunity to highlight real‑world challenges, demonstrate your expertise, and contribute to the collective learning of our community.
By presenting your case, you will receive constructive feedback from international leaders, engage in meaningful discussions, and build valuable connections for future collaborations to support your professional growth.
Congress educational grants - EAPCI offers free registration and financial support of €400 to selected abstract and clinical case presenters with limited access to funding.

Important Dates
- Thursday, 25 June 2026 - Opening clinical cases submissions
- Tuesday, 6 October 2026 – 12:00 noon CEST - Clinical cases submission deadline
- Late November 2026 - Clinical cases results announcement online. An email will also be sent to each submitter.
Presentation formats
All presenters will be required to present their research onsite in Milan.
Selected clinical cases will be assigned to dedicated sessions.
Each session will be built to give the maximum visibility to the work and the opportunity for exchange and interactions with peers and key opinion leaders.
Clinical cases will be presented in highly interactive and educational sessions featured in the dedicated Clinical Case Corner moderated by two experts in the topic who will facilitate interaction with the audience, prompt discussions and challenge the presenters.
