From 12 to 13 June, ACNAP 2026 will bring together professionals who provide direct patient care. From those with prescribing and commissioning skills, nurses, chief nurses, and directors of cardiovascular centres, to those who are responsible for implementing policy, as well as researchers who shape the future of practice through novel and high-quality evidence.
We look forward to welcoming you to the European Heart House in Sophia-Antipolis (France), the headquarters of the ESC.

A customised invitation letter for visa purposes is available for delegates with a confirmed registration that has been paid in full.

Childcare
While ACNAP Congress does not provide formal childcare during ACNAP, parents are welcome to bring their children. Upon arrival, please visit the Registration or Welcome Desk to complete a short form and receive a bracelet. Children remain under the full responsibility and supervision of their parents at all times.

- Sign in (in the top right corner of the screen) with your My ESC login and password, to personalise your programme
- Add sessions you don’t want to miss in your programme: click on the bookmark icon. The session will be saved in “My Programme”
- Important: In the online programme, the timing is CEST
ACNAP Connect
Book your spot for the networking event taking place on 12 June 2026 at 18:30 and celebrate ACNAP 2026 in style!
A limited number of tickets are available and are on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
Shuttle transfers will be provided, with two rotations to Sophia‑Antipolis and Antibes/Juan‑les‑Pins.
This event is exclusively for ACNAP 2026 delegates. Additional guest tickets (for those not registered for the congress but accompanying congress attendees) are also available.
Essentials to Bring
Print your badge
To ensure you can access the sessions with no delay, your badge must be printed in colour ahead of the congress and presented at the entrance.
Please note: Digital versions on mobile phones, tablet and other devices will not be accepted.
Badges are personal, individual, and non-transferable. If printed in duplicate and shared or used in breach of any of these rules, the badge will be deemed not valid and entrance to the congress denied. Entry may be refused without a valid Photo ID (Passport / ID Card/ Driving Licence).
Your badge is available in your My ESC account. A confirmation email has been sent to you.
If you need a badge holder you can collect one at the entrance.
Make your congress more sustainable
We are committed to reducing the environmental impact of ACNAP 2026. This year, we are taking additional steps across transport, catering, and on-site logistics to make our event more responsible.
What we are doing
As part of our ongoing sustainability programme, we are working to:
- provide free dedicated congress shuttles serving hotels in Sophia Antipolis and Antibes
- source food and refreshments from local producers when possible, using recyclable tableware and increasing access to water-refill stations throughout the venue.
The venue also operates its own sustainability programme - including solar panels, an electric vehicle fleet, and rainwater reuse - full details of which will soon be available.
What you can doYou can further support our efforts by:
- travelling by train whenever possible - find train and public transport options;
- using public transport or the free congress shuttles to get to and from the venue;
- bringing your reusable water bottle and using the refill stations available on-site;
- car-sharing or choosing hybrid/electric vehicles if driving is necessary.

The Inaugual Session will take place at 08:30 on Friday, 12 June in Room 1 - Get ready for a 5‑minute live yoga warm‑up led by Bruno Delgado at the end of the Inaugural Session. A short, energising time designed to help delegates stretch, relax, and start the congress feeling refreshed!

The Association of Cardiovascular Nursing & Allied Professions (ACNAP) organises the congress and supports the ACNAP community all year long.

Join the Networking Passport Challenge during the congress
Pick up your Networking Passport at the ACNAP Corner or registration desk upon your arrival and start your journey around the globe! Meet delegates from different countries, collect country entries in your passport, and aim to reach 20 countries. The first five participants to complete the challenge will win a prize. More instructions will be displayed at the congress.
