Who we are

Let’s rethink valvular heart health – together

Valvular heart disease affects millions worldwide, and its impact is growing with an ageing population.

Our Council is committed to advancing the field of VHD by promoting fundamental research, enhancing knowledge among cardiologists and non-cardiologists alike, and improving the full spectrum of VHD care.

By working as one multidisciplinary community, we’re improving how VHD is understood, diagnosed, and treated. While innovations like TAVI have transformed care, new challenges continue to emerge.
