EHRA Board Member obligations
EHRA Board Members who fail to meet these established minimum obligations may be asked to step down from the board:
- Attend a minimum of 50% of EHRA Board meetings (in person, via telephone, online)
- Deliver at least 75% of their assigned tasks within three weeks of the deadlines
