2026-2028 Election - Co-Chair of the National Network of ACVC International Affairs & Partnership Committee
Eligibility criteria & mandate duration
- Serving as current NR in an ESC NCS country at the time of the call (2026-2028 NR)
- Be an ACVC member
- Is elected for a 2-year term by all NR & YNR (2026-2028 nominees from NCS, ACS and overseas countries)
- At the end of his mandate, the current co-chair will remain for two years as an advisor, without sitting in ACVC Board
Roles & responsibilities
- Reports to the Chair of the Committee
- Acts as an appointed ACVC Board member, with no voting rights
- Coordinates the relations with the network of NR and YNR and ACVC projects involving the network as a whole (surveys, meetings, summits ...)
Timeline
- 22 June – 29 June 2026 : Call for candidates among 2026-2028 NCS NRs
- 30 June - 7 July 2026: Selection and validation of candidates by ACVC Executive Board
- 8 – 20 July: Publication of the final slate & Voting period
- 21 -22 July: Announcement / publication of the results in ACVC webpage
- August 2026: Handover with stepping out co-Chair and Chair of the ACVC committee for international affairs & partnerships
- 1st September 2026 - Start of mandate
Voting rights
- Each country with representatives at the time of the call (NCS & ACS) has up to 2 votes: 1 NR and 1 YNR
- Voters - NR&YNR - must have active membership to vote
