Cardio-oncology - Theme from the E-Journal of Cardiology Practice
Cardio-oncology (C-O) is a new wide-ranging cardiology subspecialty with a relevance that is quickly evolving for the increasing population with C-O conditions. On behalf of the Council of Cardio-Oncology of the European Society of Cardiology, articles in this series introduce this subspecialty oriented to the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of cardiovascular (CV) diseases due to cancer treatment.
