Mark your calendar with key dates

• Monday, 08 September 2025 - Opening abstract submissions
• Thursday, 16 October 2025 – 12:00 (noon) CEST - Abstract submission deadline
• Thursday, 23 October 2025 – 12:00 (noon) CEST - Extended abstract submission deadline
• End November 2025 - Abstract results announcement online. An email will also be sent to each submitter.

Presentation format

All presenters will be required to present their research onsite in Munich.

Selected abstracts will be assigned to different presentation formats:

Moderated ePosters

The highest graded ePosters will be selected to be presented orally during dedicated Moderated ePoster sessions which will be held onsite moderated by senior faculty members.

Paper posters

Abstracts selected for Poster Presentation must be presented as a paper visual display of the research.
