Accredited Media Representatives benefit from the following services:  

  • Access to embargoed press materials.  
  • Complimentary access to ESC Congresses – each event requires a separate registration
  • Complimentary access to ESC online journals and ESC 365 Congress materials 
  • Access to ESC TV Today episodes 

To be eligible for an accreditation, you need to be directly involved in the creation of news content for media outlets as reporters, writers, editors or producers we require you to provide:

  • A valid press card, approved staff credentials or a letter of assignment
  • Three recently published bylined articles

 

 

Please note that press filming crews and photographers are not eligible for accreditation. However, they may obtain press badges at onsite press registration when accompanied by an accredited Media Representative.

Media Accreditation and Registration are strictly reserved for editorial media professionals. It is not granted to industry employees, public relations personnel, event coordinators, media outlet managers, or individuals working in marketing, sales, or communications—even if they hold a valid press card.

  • By accrediting, you agree to comply with the ESC Media and Embargo Policy.
  • The ESC Press Office carefully reviews all applications and may be unable to grant accreditation if the required criteria are not met or if supporting documents are missing. All decisions made by the ESC Press Office regarding press accreditation are final.
