2025 ESC Clinical Consensus Statement on mental health and cardiovascular disease
Consensus statements from a multidisciplinary task force provide advice on assessment and management of mental health conditions in people at risk for and living with cardiovascular disease, as well as for persons with severe mental illness and other specific subgroups. Changes to practice are advocated to integrate mental health into person-centred care of patients with cardiovascular disease and more research to understand better how to improve assessment and management of mental and cardiovascular health together.
