Beware of Unauthorised or Fraudulent Hotel Agencies
CD Congress and Events Management is the only official housing agency for ESC Preventive Cardiology 2026. If you are contacted by any other company or agency offering housing for this congress, please note that these companies are not authorised to represent the ESC in any way, nor do they have access to the officially contracted ESC room blocks or rates. Please be aware that these unauthorised companies might not deliver what they promise in terms of quality and location. Rates and extra charges can be inflated or hefty fees placed on credit cards. Ljubljana and the selected hotels are easily accessible from the AirportJože Pučnik, which is 25 km from the city centre. Ljubljana has railway and bus stations located in the heart of the city and all the major hotels are centrally located, many in walking distance of the congress venue.
A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been booked in Ljubljana with arrival 22 April and departure 26 Aprilnfor the congress. Additional nights can be confirmed if available.

You will be transferred to the online booking system of CD Congress and Events Management. You will be required to create an account on the partner booking platform. Please note that this is not connected in any way to your My ESC account.
General Individual Booking Conditions
Accommodation can be booked on-line via a hotel reservation form by credit card only: the number of your credit card is required as a guarantee and will not be charged.
All requests will be handled on a first-come first-served basis.
To guarantee your booking please book before 25 February 2026. After this date rooms can be booked upon availability.
Payment
Accommodation is payable directly to the hotel upon check-out.
Changes to and cancellation of accommodation
Changes or cancellations must be made in writing to eapc2026hotels@cd-cc.si and cannot be made online nor directly with the hotel.
Cancellations received:
- before 25 February, 2026 are non-chargeable.
- from 26 February to 31 March, 2026 one night will be debited to your credit card.
- after 1 April, 2026 the entire stay of accommodation will be debited to your credit card.
“No show” the entire stay of accommodation will be debited to your credit card.
