In 2026, each Working Group will hold member elections for positions on their respective nucleus for 2026-2028. Check the timelines!

Key Dates

13 October 2025: Voting rights eligibility deadline
13 April – 4 May 2026: Call for candidates
5-26 May 2026: Review of applications
10-24 June 2026: Online voting
1-15 July 2026: Second round of online voting (if applicable)
August 2026: Announcement of the results on the Working Groups website

Working Groups Rules of Governance: eligibility criteria

The Working Groups election application process and voting will be carried out in accordance with the ESC bylaws (Annex VI)

Voting Rights

Only Working Group Members with an active membership on 13 October 2025 (6 months before the call for applications opens on 13 April 2026) and at the time the voting starts on 10 June 2026 will have voting rights.
