Welcome to this edition of the Working Group on Thrombosis newsletter.

There have been many new studies presented at ESC on the topic of thrombosis, studies related to PCI, STEMI, long term treatment of CCS, DVT and shock.
It is a very exciting time of new data and changing managements in the world of thrombosis.

So, to focus more on these exciting new areas, join us for the next meeting of our Working Group on Thrombosis, namely EuroThrombosis & ESC Heart and Stroke 2025, which will be a joint meeting between our group and the ESC Council on Stroke. The conference will take place in Milan, from 15 to 16 November 2025.

This will be a great opportunity to hear the latest developments and expert opinions, stimulating debates on controversial topics and wonderful opportunities for networking across the thrombosis field. There will be prizes for the best abstracts and a great social programme to meet peers, experts and establish research networks.
