RAI Hotel Services is the only official housing agency for ESC Congress 2023 in Amsterdam. If you are contacted by any other company or agency offering housing for ESC in Amsterdam, please note that these companies are not authorized to represent the ESC in any way, nor do they have access to the officially contracted room blocks or rates. Please be aware that these unauthorized companies might not deliver what they promise in terms of quality and location. Rates and extra charges can be inflated, or hefty fees placed on credit cards. Take advantage of booking online with our official housing agency
The ESC and RAI Hotel Services have selected hotels at negotiated rates within different categories in various locations in Amsterdam.
We advise you to make your reservation early in order to have the best choice of hotels.
Rooms are available from 24 - 28 August 2023. All other dates are upon request and subject to room availability. All further details can be found on the booking platform.
Telephone requests cannot be accepted. Individual reservations can only be confirmed upon receipt of your full credit card details. Confirmation vouchers will be sent by email.
Individual bookings: terms and conditions
Your valid credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation. Your credit card will be used for guarantee; in case of cancellation or no show it will be charged. The final hotel bill will be settled in the hotel during your stay.
You will be required to create an account and log in to book your room with RAI Hotel Services. Please do not confuse this with your ESC account. They are in no way connected.
Any change or cancellation must be sent in written to RAI Hotel Services to: esc23.hotelservices@rai.nl
The following cancellation fees will be applied:
Notification of cancellations should always be made to the RAI Hotel Services directly and can only be accepted in writing or online. Cancellations should be received before 16:00 (CEST) 2 days prior to arrival. Cancellations for reservations with arrival on Monday and Tuesday should be received by Friday before 16:00 (CEST). For cancellations and no-shows within that period the hotel is entitled to charge up to all cancelled room nights if required by the hotel. In case of no-show your room will be cancelled at 12:00 noon the following day.
- Cancellation Policy Hotel Okura: Notification of cancellations should always be made to the RAI Hotel Services directly and can only be accepted in writing or online. Cancellations should be received before 16:00 (CEST) 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations for reservations with arrival on Monday and Tuesday should be received by Friday before 16:00 (CEST). For cancellations and no-shows within that period the hotel is entitled to charge all room night fee. In case of no-show your room will be cancelled 12:00 noon the following day.
- Cancellation Policy Amsterdam Marriott & Renaissance Hotel Amsterdam Notification of cancellations should always be made to the RAI Hotel Services directly and can only be accepted in writing or online. Cancellations should be received before 16:00 (CEST) 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations for reservations with arrival on Monday and Tuesday should be received by Friday before 16:00 (CEST). For cancellations and no-shows within that period the hotel is entitled to charge all room night fee. In case of no-show your room will be cancelled 12 noon the following day.
Group Bookings
Travel Agents or third party providers working on behalf of companies must submit a 'Letter of Appointment’ stating that the agent has been officially appointed for ESC Congress 2023. This letter should be written in English by the sponsoring company or organisation on a company letterhead and signed by the company's official representative(s). A request will only be considered upon receipt of this official letter. If a request results in a confirmed reservation and subsequent contract, the rooms can only be used for the needs of the company and cannot be passed on to any other company or client.
