Be aware that a general strike is expected in Italy from 21:00 on Thursday, 19 June, to 21:00 on Friday, 20 June. The strike is expected to affect air, rail, and local public transportation services nationwide.

Disruptions may include delays, cancellations, and limited service availability throughout the day.
We strongly recommend that you:

• Check with your airline or railway operator in advance of your travel for any schedule changes or cancellations.
• Plan for alternative transportation where possible.
• Allow for additional travel time if you are arriving, departing, or commuting within Italy.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates should any further information become available.

Free luggage storage and cloakroom facilities are available at the venue.

First Aid

Participants needing medical treatment should refer to the ESC staff in the registration area.

Lunch breaks

Food and drink are available to purchase within the venue on Level 1 and Level 3.

A coffee station is located at Level 0.

Water fountains

Water fountains are available in the conference venue.

In our efforts towards sustainability, cups will not be provided, so please bring your own reusable bottle.
