Register for Acute Cardiovascular Care 2018

All the information you need to register

Register before 8 December and save 80 Euros on your registration fee.

For your security

We have received complaints about a growing number of fraudulent websites masquerading as the ESC and offering registration, hotel bookings and other arrangements for the upcoming ESC Congresses.

We strongly recommend that anyone attending Acute Cardiovascular Care 2018 use only the official ESC website for registration and accommodation requests:

Press registration

To get your Press accreditation and register for ESC Congresses & Events please visit the ESC Press Office web pages and learn more about our registration process.

Please note that the ESC Press Office will verify your credentials before giving you any accreditation.

Company or media outlet business cards or membership cards will not be accepted as valid. Press registration is not available to Industry or its Public Relations representatives, event management, marketing or communications representatives, even if they have a valid press card.

Feel free to email the ESC press office for more information:

Any media outlet or press representative wishing to attend an ESC Event and/or to obtain official press releases from the ESC Press Office, must commit to respecting any and all embargoes set by the ESC.

Press representatives who receive embargoed material from the ESC understand that it is for their individual use and will not distribute the embargoed information to anyone else prior to the embargo release.

The Media and Embargo Policy should be consulted for more information.

Visa Requirement & Invitation Letter

A customised invitation letter for visa purposes is only available for delegates with a confirmed and registration that has been paid in full. Please use the contact us form to request an invitation letter.

The letter is intended to help delegates raise travel funds or obtain a visa but does not imply the ESC will provide financial support.

In case of a visa request rejection, the ESC will refund the full registration fee only upon receipt of the official refusal document from the Embassy.

Please visit the website of the Italy Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation for further information concerning the documents required to obtain a visa. We urge all delegates to keep in mind that a visa application may take some time to be processed and should, therefore, be initiated early enough to ensure it is accepted before the Congress begins.

We invite you to check with your local embassy regarding what sort of documents are necessary, as this may differ between delegates from the same country.
