The ESC Cardio-Oncology Programme Committee would like to thank all the contributors who have chosen ESC Cardio-Oncology 2026 to submit their clinical case. 

The ESC Cardio-Oncology Programme Committee would like to acknowledge the members of the Clinical Case reviewing committee for their essential contribution to the clinical case programme. 

All clinical case submitters have now been notified by email about the status of their abstract(s) and can view the results from their My ESC account.

How to confirm your clinical case presentation 

Confirmation of your presentation should be done as soon as possible.

STEP 1 - The submitter must sign in to their My ESC account with the email and password used at the time of submission to consult the abstract presentation day, time and format. 

STEP 2 - The presenter must register for the congress - you benefit from the early fee until 22 April 2026.

STEP 3 - The presenter can start preparing their presentation by consulting the Presenter Guidelines

Important dates

Early March 2026 - Clinical Case results announcement. A notification email has been sent to each submitter.

End March - Opening of the upload platform. A notification will be sent to each presenter. 

22 April 2026 - Deadline for the assigned presenters to confirm presentation(s) and submit the related agreement form(s)

22 April 2026 – Early fee registration deadline for clinical case presenters. All clinical case presenters must register for the conference. Take advantage of the early fee.

21 May 2026 - Deadline for presenters to register and upload presentations. Failure to upload and register to the conference by this deadline will lead to the withdrawal of the clinical case from the scientific programme and all related publications.

Presentation format: Oral Clinical Case Sessions

All presenters will be required to present their clinical case onsite in Vienna.

Clinical cases will be presented in highly interactive and educational sessions featured in the dedicated Clinical Case Corner.
Clinicians will present their cases to two experts in the topic who will moderate the session, facilitate interaction with the audience, prompt discussions, challenge the presenters and the audience.
