Eligibility
This space is designed for the people and organisations driving innovation in heart failure, including Academic heart failure researchers, Clinician-innovators, Start-ups & medtech companies, Investors & industry leaders, Young clinicians, Heart failure patients...
Whether you are developing new ideas, seeking collaborations, or looking to raise visibility, the Hub is your opportunity to make an impact.
Projects must be:
- Non-commercialised products OR
- In very early development (pre-clinical, Phase 1–2, prototype) OR
- Emerging technologies with high potential in heart failure care
All submissions will be reviewed by the Heart Failure Congress Chairpersons. Successful applicants will receive a dedicated, prime space in the Exhibition at a preferential rate starting from €1,500.
Process and Timeline
- Complete the online submission : Deadline to submit is 11 February 2026
- Initial screening: Verification of eligibility and completeness
- Scientific and strategic review : Conducted by the Congress Programme Chairs, who will independently evaluate submissions based on predefined criteria (e.g., innovation, relevance to heart failure, potential impact) 11–18 February 2026
- Final validation : Consensus review and notification of selected projects to confirm participation and invoicing/ARS procedure
- Notification of selected projects by the end of February 2026
