The HFA Association is delighted to offer all parents a professional childcare service for the duration of the congress. Make the most of your attendance while your child(ren) is well cared for and entertained at the Congress venue.
The service will be provided by Noah’s Ark a trusted provider of childcare services to events that has been working across conferences and congresses since 2012.
Activities
The Noah’s Ark team will provide a wide variety of toys and interactive games suitable for different age groups and interests, along with child-sized tables and chairs. They will also organise leisure activities, including movement games, board games, and craft and creative activities.

While your child is being looked after, you can take part in the congress programme with peace of mind.
All Noah’s Ark’s supervisors have many years of professional experience as pedagogical specialists.
Spanish and English spoken experienced staff look after the children lovingly and offer various age-appropriate activities.
Where, when, for whom

The childcare service is located within the congress venue. The childcare area can be found on the left side of the lobby, close to the cloakroom. The nearest entrance is the door on the left side of the building.
Childcare services will be available from 9 to 12 May 2026 according to the schedule below.
The programme is for children ages from 0 to 12 years old.
Registration term & conditions
- Sick children cannot be cared for
- Children with special educational needs cannot be cared for in this context
- Medicines may not be administered by the carers, only by the parents themselves
- Common surfaces, toys, and equipment will be disinfected frequently throughout the event
- If necessary, please bring diapers, wipes and a favorite toy or plush toy for your child.
- The childcare reserves the right to exclude children who cannot be looked after within this framework (e.g. because they endanger themselves or others) from care or to have them picked up immediately by their parents/guardians.
- Only pre-registered children can be entrusted to the childcare staff.
Cancellation
For us to ensure a full and dedicated service, cancellations must be made before 6 April for a full refund. Cancellations made after that date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. From 6 May to the congress, no refunds will be issued.
Payment & registration
To guarantee a place at the creche, parents are encouraged to pre-register. While we will endeavour to accommodate on-site registrants, we cannot promise availability due to pre-booked staff levels. Full payment is required upon booking.
The fee is €30 (incl. VAT) per half-day block & per child. The opening hours have been adapted to the congress programme schedule:
- Saturday, 9 May 08:00 to 12:30
- Saturday, 9 May 13:15 to 18:00
- Sunday, 10 May 08:00 to 12:00
- Sunday, 10 May 12:45 to 18:00
- Monday, 11 May 08:00 to 12:00
- Monday, 11 May 12:45 to 18:00
- Tuesday, 12 May 08:00 to 13:00

Data Privacy
The information collected is subject to data processing and storage. The recipient of the data is the European Society of Cardiology, the childcare supplier Noah’s Ark and ESC Staff for logistics organisation.
Your data will only be used for the organisation of the meetings in reference in this online form. Your data will be kept for a duration of 2 years.
In accordance with the chapter 3 of the European Regulation 2016/679 with regards to data protection, you have the right to request from ESC, access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing concerning your data or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, and for information, ESC has appointed a Data Protection Officer that you can reach at dpo@escardio.org.
