Clinical case results are now available.
The ESC Preventive Cardiology Programme Committee would like to thank all the contributors who have chosen ESC Preventive Cardiology to submit their clinical case.

How to confirm and upload your presentation
Confirmation of your presentation should be done as soon as possible.
Step 1 - The submitter must sign in to her/his My ESC account with the email and password used at the time of submission to consult the clinical case presentation day, time and format.
Step 2 - The presenter must register to the congress - you benefit from the early fee until 23 February 2026.
Step 3 - The presenter can start preparing her/his presentation by consulting the Presenter Guidelines.
Mark your calendar with key dates
Mid January 2026 – Clinical Case results announcement online. A notification email has been sent to each submitter.
End January 2026 – Opening of the upload platform. A notification will be sent to each presenter.
10 February 2026 - Deadline for the assigned presenters to confirm presentation(s) and submit the related agreement form(s)
23 February 2026 - Early fee registration deadline - All clinical case presenters must register for the congress. Take advantage of the early fee.
Presentation formats
All presenters will be required to present their research onsite in Ljubljana.
Selected clinical cases will be assigned to dedicated sessions.
Each session will be built to give the maximum visibility to the work and the opportunity for exchange and interactions with peers and key opinion leaders.
Clinical Case Award Session
The best cases will be presented in one Award session which will be held onsite and chaired by senior faculty members. Finalists are asked to summarise their case and explain how they managed the patient. Each presentation will be followed by a Questions & Answers period led by a panel of experts who will judge the presentations and determine the winner.
All finalists will be granted a free congress registration for ESC Preventive Cardiology 2026.
The winner will receive a voucher for the European Heart Journal - Case Reports (EHJ-CR), and an invitation to publish the case as an online EAPC Quiz along with an award certificate.
Cases not selected for this session have been automatically considered for other presentation formats.
Clinical Cases Sessions
Presenting your clinical case at ESC Preventive Cardiology 2026 will allow you to give your work worldwide long-term exposure and multinational connections with all subspecialty professionals.
Clinical cases will be presented in highly interactive and educational sessions featured in the dedicated Clinical Case Corners.
Clinicians will present their cases to two experts in the topic who will moderate the session, facilitate interaction with the audience, prompt discussions, challenge the presenters and the audience.
