The European Heart Rhythm Association (EHRA) is delighted to offer all parents a professional childcare service for the duration of the congress. Make the most of your attendance while your children are well cared for and entertained at the congress venue.

The service is available for children aged 0 to 14 from 12 to 14 April 2026. It will be provided by Babychou Issy-les-Moulineaux, a trusted provider of childcare services to events that has been working across conferences and congresses since 2016.

Activities

  • The Babychou Issy-les-Moulineaux team will provide large and small toys, small tables and chairs for children and will organise leisure activities such as:
  • Creative activities (colouring, playdough, stickers, themed crafts, etc.)
  • Quiet time corner (reading)
  • Board games (for all ages)
  • Brain games for older kids
  • Building games (LEGO, Kapla, etc.)
  • Napping area for the little ones with baby cribs

Commitment

While your child is being looked after, you can take part in the congress programme with peace of mind.

All Babychou Issy-les-Moulineaux supervisors have many years of professional experience as pedagogical specialists.

Experinced French and English-speaking staff look after the children lovingly and offer various age-appropriate activities.  

Location

The childcare area is located at the Palais des Congrès – Porte Maillot – 3rd floor, on the Mezzanine level behind the cloakroom.

Registration term and conditions

To guarantee a place at the creche, parents are encouraged to pre-register. While we will endeavour to accommodate on-site registrants, we cannot promise availability due to pre-booked staff levels. Full payment is required upon booking.

  • Sick children cannot be cared for
  • Children with special educational needs cannot be cared for in this context
  • Medicines may not be administered by the carers, only by the parents themselves
  • Common surfaces, toys, and equipment will be disinfected frequently throughout the event
  • If necessary, please bring diapers, wipes and a favorite toy or plush toy for your child.
  • The childcare reserves the right to exclude children who cannot be looked after within this framework (e.g. because they endanger themselves or others) from care or to have them picked up immediately by their parents/guardians.
  • Only pre-registered children can be entrusted to the childcare staff.

Cancellation

For us to ensure a full and dedicated service, cancellations must be made before 12 March for a full refund. Cancellations made after that date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. From 2 April to the congress, no refunds will be issued.

Payment 

The fee is €30 (incl. VAT) per half-day block & per child. The opening hours have been adapted to the congress schedule:

  • Sunday, 12 April 08:00–12:30
  • Sunday, 12 April 13:15–18:30
  • Monday, 13 April 08:00–12:00
  • Monday, 13 April 12:45–18:00
  • Tuesday, 14 April 08:00–12:00
  • Tuesday, 14 April 12:45–15:00

Data privacy

The information collected is subject to data processing and storage. The recipient of the data is the European Society of Cardiology, the childcare supplier Wiener Kinderfreunde and ESC Staff for logistics organisation.

Your data will only be used for the organisation of the meetings in reference in this online form. Your data will be kept for a duration of two years.

In accordance with chapter 3 of the European Regulation 2016/679 with regards to data protection, you have the right to request from ESC, access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing concerning your data or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, and for information, ESC has appointed a Data Protection Officer that you can reach at dpo@escardio.org.
