Enjoy a complimentary Munich metro pass
As part of its sustainability commitment, the ESC will provide a two-day Munich metro pass to all registered healthcare professionals – available at the EAPCI Corner.
The MOC – Event Center Messe Munich is located north-east of the centre of Munich and can be reached easily by public transport from the city centre. The metro line U6 from Marienplatz reaches the MOC Event Center (station Freimann) in around 20 minutes.

Hotels
The ESC has appointed Interplan Congress to handle the hotels on our behalf. You can book your room directly through this link.
There are a number of hotels with competitive rates and conditions. You may use the interactive map to find the hotel that is most suited to your needs.

Essentials to bring
Print your badge
To ensure you can access EAPCI Summit with no delay, your badge must be printed in colour ahead of the summit and presented at the entrance.
Please note:
• Digital versions on mobile phones, tablet and other devices will not be accepted.
• Badges are personal, individual, and non-transferable. If printed in duplicate and shared or used in breach of any of these rules, the badge will be deemed not valid and entrance in the Summit denied. Entry may be refused without a valid Photo ID (Passport / ID Card/ Driving Licence).
Your badge will be available in your My ESC account. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
If you need a badge holder you can collect one at the entrance.
Make your EAPCI Summit more sustainable
We have a commitment to make the event’s impact on the planet as small as possible, so we are taking steps to reduce waste like never before.
- Remember to bring your own water bottle, refill it at the water stations and help us cut down on single-use plastic.
- To encourage the use of public transportation, the ESC will provide a two-day Munich metro pass to all registered healthcare professionals – available at the EAPCI Corner.
- This year, we’ve also limited carpet use.

After the Summit
Certificate of attendance and Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credits
EAPCI Summit 2026 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) for a maximum of 10.0 European CME Credits (ECMEC®s).
Your CME Certificate will be available from 2 March in your My ESC account
Ensure your badge is scanned on entry each day of the congress, and that your registration is linked to your personal My ESC account.
