Registration of delegates on their behalf is done through an access code system. Simply order the number of registrations needed, we’ll send you access code(s) for you to distribute directly to your delegate(s). The delegate can then activate their registration with their personal My ESC account details using the access code. Please note that you must not use a delegate’s personal “My ESC account” or create a delegate “My ESC account” for registering your delegates. This will result in the cancellation of the registration of your delegate.

How to order access codes

  1. Read this page then select 'Order Access Codes' (below)
  2. Sign in to your My ESC account.
    (If you do not have one, create an account in your name (not the name of the delegates).
  3. Enter the number of codes you wish to order and complete your invoice details
  4. Finalise the order
  5. Access codes for your delegates will be made available after receipt of full payment of the order.

Your delegates will then be able to activate the access code with their personal My ESC account details using the access code. You can download and send a user guide to your delegates (with their access code) to activate their registration.
