Register early to save the most
The deadline to benefit from the early registration fee is 20 January. The late registration fee applies from 21 January to 19 February. ACVC Members save even more! See more on the registration.
Visa requirements and invitation letter: If you require a visa, apply early, as biometric appointments can take some times. A customised invitation letter for visa purposes is available for delegates with a confirmation that registration has been paid in full.

- Abstract submission: 9 September - 4 November 2025, 12:00 (noon) CET
- Clinical Case submission: 9 September - 6 November 2025, 12:00 (noon) CET
- Late-Breaking Science: 2 December 2025 - 13 January 2026, 12:00 (noon) CET

Certificate of attendance and Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credits
An application will be submitted to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®).
The EACCME® is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS)
Your CME Certificate will be available after congress in your My ESC account. More coming soon.
