The Grant
Grant recipients will get one free registration to attend ACNAP 2026 in Sophia Antipolis, France (it is not possible to use this registration for another edition).
Eligibility
All applicants must meet two mandatory criteria:
- At the time of the application, you must be an ACNAP Silver Member.
Please check your membership status in your "My ESC account".

- Receive only one source of funding (applicants cannot combine multiple funding sources)
The following criteria will be considered during the selection process:
Application reviewers will select 20 candidates taking into account the following criteria:
- Age at time of application submission: priority has been given to younger applicants
- Country of origin: priority has been given to applications from 'low-income' countries (as per World Bank Listing)
- Quality of abstract: priority has been given to top-graded abstracts
- Profession: priority has been given to non-clinicians
- Abstract submission ACNAP 2026
The call for abstracts closes on 3 February 2026 (extension included).

Applications will close on Monday 16 March 2026.
Applicants may also check the status of their application by logging into their My ESC account.
Grant Acceptance
Each applicant selected for the ACNAP 2026 educational grant, accepts the following:
- ACNAP is entitled to process data, according to the 2018 EU data protection law.
- Any personal data submitted will be processed by ACNAP only for the organisation of the event.
- ACNAP assures that no data will be handed to partners other than data processing entities, collaborating with ACNAP.
Failure to respect the deadlines set by ACNAP might result in the loss of the grant.
