Every year, the Working Group on Myocardial & Pericardial Diseases organises a meeting to gather international experts chairing and giving lectures.

It provides an overview of topical issues in inherited cardiomyopathies, inflammatory or infective myocardial diseases, and pericardial diseases.

Five educational sessions are also given during the meeting to improve diagnosis and treatment of heart muscle and pericardial diseases, and to promote an integrative understanding of the pathophysiology.
