Young Researchers Group aims and objectives

Aims

The most important aim of the ESC Working Group on Thrombosis Young Researchers is to facilitate international networking, thereby strengthening the opportunities for international collaboration.
The group is embedded in the ESC Working Group on Thrombosis (WG on Thrombosis) and creates a strong organisational framework for young researchers interested in thrombosis. Another key aim is to provide member benefits, including grants, mentoring opportunities and international thrombosis meetings.    

Objectives

• Promote the group’s activities, research, and initiatives to a global audience through targeted social media engagement.
• Attract new members, particularly young researchers and clinicians.
• Assist the WG on Thrombosis Nucleus in implementing and disseminating their strategic initiatives and activities.
• Provide educational resources, mentorship opportunities, and a platform to highlight member achievements.
• Utilise modern platforms to disseminate scientific advancements and WG updates effectively and interactively.
