Are you eligible?
ESC Mentoring is an exclusive benefit for members, so to take part, you must be an ESC Member or a Member of one of the ESC Associations.
The mentee role is open to all career stages – not only to early‑career members or those in training. If you are an ESC Professional Member or a member of any ESC Association, you can sign up as a mentee.
To become a mentor, you must also be an ESC Professional Member or a Member of an ESC Association. We especially encourage Fellows of the ESC, Fellows of ESC Associations, and Emeritus Fellows to register as mentors.
And if you wish, you can participate as both a mentor and a mentee at the same time.
