Aim
The ESC Cardio Oncologist Of tomorrow Leaders (COOL) group works to:
- Better approach the young generation of experts in the field of cardio-oncology
- Enlarge the young community and share ideas
- Adapt educational resources and congress programmes
- Prepare the next generation of cardio-oncology leaders
The group comprises 15 cardiologists from around the world, led by Mariana Mirabel from France.
Vision
Create a strong and supportive network of young cardiologists linked with other disciplines such as oncology, haematology and radiotherapy, dedicated to advancing cardio-oncology where members can easily collaborate, share knowledge and discuss the latest advancements in the field.
Mission
Empower young professionals by facilitating connections and professional development, and encourage a collaborative environment with multi-disciplinary connections.
Objectives

- Create regular opportunities for members to connect, both virtually and in person
- Foster mentorship and peer-support among members
