The HFA Fundamentals+ project is an on‑demand educational video series designed by the HFA Young Committee to bridge the gap between basic heart failure training and advanced courses, offering short, accessible content based on the HFA core curricula. It aims to harmonise learning across countries by providing essential, practical, and widely accessible training for young cardiologists, nurses, and allied professionals involved in heart failure care

HFA Fundamentals+ is an on‑demand educational programme developed by the HFA Young Committee to respond to a clearly identified need within the heart failure community. Rooted in the HFA Core Curricula, this programme provides short, practical, and accessible video content designed to support young cardiologists, general cardiologists, nurses, and allied professionals in strengthening their foundational HF knowledge. Its aim is to harmonise learning, promote equitable access to education, and ensure that all clinicians can build a solid understanding of key HF principles—anytime, anywhere.

How to: comprehensive educational video series tailored for medical professionals specializing in heart failure to provide insights into various aspects of heart failure management, covering advanced diagnostic procedures, treatment techniques, and cutting-edge research methodologies with an expert and an HFA Young member.
The great debate: a presentation of controversial topics in heart failure with 2 experts arguing the pros and cons to understand the evidence behind them, moderated by an HFA Young member.
Case based educational: the presentation of general clinical cases by an HFA Young member trying to understand its assessment and what should be done in this type of situation by reviewing them with an expert in the
