Aims of the Shared Interest Group

Advance understanding of cardiovascular complications related to cancer and its treatments, emphasizing the unique contribution of cardiovascular imaging in early detection, monitoring, and management.
Build a collaborative platform that brings together cardiologists, oncologists, imaging specialists, and researchers to foster true interdisciplinarity.
Support the next generation of specialists by facilitating mentorship, international exchanges, and structured training pathways in cardio-oncology imaging.
Encourage innovation in multimodality imaging and promote its integration into clinical practice guidelines.
Stimulate and coordinate international multicenter scientific projects in the field of cardio-oncology and imaging.
Organize interactive workshops, webinars, and educational initiatives to disseminate best practices and novel approaches in cardio-oncology imaging.
