Learning objective: Arrhythmias leading to cardiogenic shock are often acutely life-threatening and have a wide range of treatment options, from medical therapy to sedation and tMCS. The objective is to learn a stepwise approach to managing patients in electrical storm.

Week 5 (01/06-07/06):  The spectrum from acute on chronic heart failure to cardiogenic shock revealed with Heart Failure Association (HFA)

Learning objective: Cardiac failure may present and progress as a spectrum: from mild acute on chronic heart failure possible sliding to profound cardiogenic shock. Learning to assess the severity of cardiogenic shock, diagnostic tools to monitor the severity and disease progression and specific therapy, tailored on various shock severity states.
